Our retreat venue is a luxurious traditional Balinese villa just fifteen minutes from Seminyak. With three swimming pools, a number of breakaway areas to relax and unwind with a good book, this will be a retreat to remember.
We will provide you with luxurious space to rejuvenate, relax, unwind, be pampered and share key skills to reduce your stress and live a happier, healthier life. You can do as much or as little as you want!

Wellness Program: Yoga, Meditation and Workshops
This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience from absolute beginners through to those with an established yoga practice are welcome.
The morning yoga classes will be more energising and uplifting, designed to put a spring in your step. The sunset yoga sessions will be restorative and gentle. We’ll explore guided relaxation and yoga breathing techniques called pranayama.
Together we’ll discover mindfulness meditation techniques; learning to tune in to your breath, to your body and to your surroundings. We’ll learn how a regular yoga and meditation practice can hold you steady in times of turmoil and how creative solutions appear naturally when you trust in the flow of life.
There will be transformational workshops including topics such as:
- Reconnecting to your true self
- Letting go of the stories and old limiting beliefs that no longer serve you
- Exploring your creativity and self-expression
There will be a range of resources available to complement your wellbeing journey during the retreat. You will leave Bali more in tune with your body and mind, better equipped to manage the stressors of daily life and maintain optimal wellbeing long after the retreat is over.
Typical Daily Program:
7am: Energising morning yoga practice
10am: Wellbeing workshop
12 - 5pm: Lunch, time to explore, relax, enjoy at your own pace
5pm: Restorative yoga practice
6-7pm: Dinner, mock tails and sunset
8pm: A rotating evening program covering mindfulness, pranayama.
All activities are optional. This is your retreat.
Retreat Accommodation and Room Rates:
There are a variety of rooms offering single share, twin or triple share across two adjoining traditional Balinese villas.
Single share: With views over the rice paddies, the swimming pool or the pond, there are a range of luxe single rooms available offering a King sized bed and your own bathroom.
Single $2,300 AUD per person. EARLY BIRD OFFER $2,200 AUD per person until 30/06/17.
Twin share: There are a range of twin share options, offering either a King size bed and a single bed OR two single beds with an ensuite bathroom. **Please note there are only 5 twin share rooms available. First in first served.
Twin share or double $1,900 AUD per person. EARLY BIRD OFFER $1,800 AUD per person until 30/06/17.
Triple share: A luxurious triple share room in a stand alone building overlooks the main swimming pool, and features one King size bed and two singles in an adjoining room. Containing an ensuite bathroom and a quiet reading and relaxation nook overlooking the rice paddies is on the doorstep, this room will be snapped up quickly! **Please note there is only one triple share room available.

Can I bring a friend or partner?
You certainly can! We hope that you will bring a friend, relative or partner. The retreat is open to guests with all levels of yoga experience. If you are intending to share a room with a friend, family member or partner, please indicate this in your enquiry or at the time of booking.
I’m coming by myself, what are my options?
We expect that some of our guests will be travelling solo and we will happily arrange room share with a like-minded guest of the same gender to allow a twin or triple share costing. Don't be shy about sharing with a new friend, the Villa is spacious and you will have plenty of room for yourself. The Villa is filled with delightful hidden nooks, living areas and sun lounges where you can find ‘me time’ with a good book.

Do I have to attend all the activities?
No, this is YOUR retreat. It’s a time for you to relax and renew. You are free to do as little or as much as you like.
Who is leading this retreat?
The retreat will be hosted by yoga teacher Lisa Allwell and life transformation coach Simone Russell. Lisa and Simone facilitated a sold out retreat in Bali in October 2016, this retreat is back by popular demand! See more information below about both facilitators.

What are my passport requirements?
Your passport must have a minimum of six months validity to enter Indonesia, to at least April 2018.
What is the venue like?
The villa is newly built boutique accommodation, overlooking traditional Balinese rice paddies and is an ideal place to relax and unwind.
The villa has everything you could possibly wish for on a luxurious Bali holiday: huge and beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, three sparkling pools, an open air yoga space overlooking the rice paddies, and an abundance of comfortable undercover and outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy.
Will there be time to explore?
The retreat schedule allows for a balance of free time and structured activities. There is so much to do (or not do) in Bali. Included in the retreat package is a day trip to see the best of Bali.
After our morning yoga program there will be plenty of time to discover Bali. You might want to visit local temples, stroll through the rice paddies, or try a spot of surfing, cycling or golf. The retreat is only 15 minutes from glitzy Seminyak, a fabulous shopping destination. We all need new yoga pants right?! Or maybe you’d like to simply relax by the pool with a great book.
What about the food?
We believe that healthy cuisine can and should be both delicious and nutritious. Your retreat menu has been specifically created to have a balance of wholesome and natural organic vegetarian food combinations for increasing your energy and vitality, without anything being processed nor containing preservatives. Your healthy meals are prepared in-house by chefs.
During your retreat healthy vegetarian cuisine will be provided. You will feel a marked increase in energy and mental calmness - than that of a regular diet including meat. All meals are included in your stay, with the exception of lunch on the day trip.

About Lisa Allwell
Lisa is a yoga and meditation teacher. Her classes focus on cultivating wellbeing and mindfulness. She has a passion for using principals of anatomical alignment to help you find a yoga practice that works perfectly for you. Lisa has developed a strong following of students who are drawn to her creative, nurturing teaching style.
You’ll participate in a lighthearted contemporary practice to balance mind, body and spirit. Life is often serious and perplexing, so Lisa’s aim is to encourage you forget about your ‘to do’ list, your issues and challenges for the duration of each yoga class.
The Balinese people are predominantly Hindu, and the yoga is often hidden in plain sight. You will see first-hand how their devotion, prayer and ceremony permeate all aspects of your stay. It is impossible not to be touched by the colourful daily rituals, offerings and ordinary magic. Your retreat leader Lisa, has a strong understanding and love for Balinese culture and infuse the retreat teachings with cultural elements to help you to understand why so many people are drawn to profound and deep spiritual connection to this magical place.
Her favourite yoga asana is the smile, and she aims to encourage her students to strive for lightness, vitality and balance, both on and off the yoga mat. Lisa sincerely try to meet each student at where they are at in their yoga, helping them to get the most from each pose, each practice, each breath.

About Simone Russell
Simone is a life transformation coach, spiritual and self-love mentor. She has a passion for holistic health and cultivating a balance of the body, mind and spirit. Simone empowers others to release their fears, old baggage, self-doubt and limiting beliefs to rise up and live a life of joy.
Simone works with men and women who feel a disconnect between body, mind and soul; helping them to reconnect and remember the light that exists within. Through her business Yogamona, she offers weekly guided meditation classes at the Habitat Space, individualised coaching programs, workshops and retreats.
Simone has over a decade of experience as an occupational therapist in the field of neurology, stroke prevention and recovery. She wholeheartedly believes in pro-healing and getting to the root cause of dis-ease. Simone advocates that a practice of self-love, connection to spirit, stress management skills, regular exercise, adequate nutrition and mindfulness meditation play an integral role to our happiness, health and wellbeing.
It is Simone’s heartfelt intention that you deepen the connection with your body, mind and spirit during this retreat and leave feeling calm, rejuvenated and empowered to live your best life.
