Detailed program of Nourish to Flourish Retreat
Hello beautiful souls and welcome to the Nourish to Flourish Raw Food and Juice Retreat!
This is your 3 days to explore ways to incorporate a healthier diet into your every day life and a chance to rest and rejuvenate. We will also inspire you with a range of interesting tips and beneficial techniques to introduce into your daily life and that leave you feeling revitalised and refreshed, as you so truly deserve!

Day One:
12 Midday Juice 1

Meet and greet with your first juice.

Introduction and Intention Setting for the weekend.

How to get the most out of your detox.

Walk in the beautiful surroundings discussing grounding, earthing and mindfulness.
2 pm
- Check into your Villa and unwind.
3 pm Juice 2

Meditation and Healing Session.
6 pm Juice 3

Recommended evening activities: relaxing, reflecting on your intentions, take a bath/shower, watch a DVD from the audio library in the comfort of your own Villa, read or journal. Get an early night!
Day Two:
8 am

Morning Meditation (optional – inform Simone the night before if interested).
9 am Juice 1 (to be delivered to your Villa by Julie)
10-10.45 am

Introduction to Medical Intuition and Manifesting using Universal Energies.
11 am Juice 2
11.30-12.15 pm

The Art of Self Care.

1.15– 5.00 pm

Group Spa experience (see below). Meet outside Villas to walk down at 1.15pm.
6 pm Juice 4

Delivered to your door, so you can relax and rest up after the wonderful Spa Treatment.

Day Three:
6 am

Sunrise Meditation and Creating Abundance Nature Walk (optional – inform Maria the night before if interested).
9 am Juice 1 (to be delivered to your Villa by Julie)
10-11.30 am

Group session – Q & A, review intentions and goal setting for next 6 months.
12.00 Midday Juice 2

Goodbyes, feedback form, any remaining questions.
During the 3 days there will also be fruit, nuts, and raw treats available at each session.
You can drink as much water as you please and this is highly recommended.
Herbal tea is available in the rooms.
Group Spa experience: (please note times may vary slightly)
1.30pm - Sanctuary: Entry into the Bathhouse’s Relaxation and Spa pools as well as the Spa Couches, Monsoon Showers, Aroma Steam Room, Salt Therapy Pool and Indoor Relaxation Deck of the Sanctuary for a total of 2 hours.
3.45pm - Relaxation Massage (60 minutes): a full body massage designed to ease away tension and stress and restore tired muscles.
Spa arrival: If you are enjoying the facilities in The Bathhouse before your spa treatments, we recommend that you arrive at least two hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, please arrive 20 - 30 minutes prior to your spa appointment so that we can properly prepare you for your treatment in a relaxing manner.
What to wear: At the Spa we provide robes, towels, slippers, disposable briefs and all amenities required during your visit so just remember to pack your bathers.
